Melofin modifications: converted two generated CommonJS modules to ES modules;
corrected typed-array views in the predictor copy routine. The independent
bounded packet parser, byte reader, MP4 sample index and worker adapter replace
Aurora's container/streaming framework. The packet parser is adapted from the
Apache-licensed original decoder layout, including Apple's matrix formulas,
and adds explicit sizes, channel/sample checks and operation limits.

Original generated JavaScript, CoffeeScript, package/source hashes and the
deterministic offline adaptation script are included in the source archive
under docs/third-party/alac and scripts/vendor-alac.mjs.
